Limited to just 50 pieces, this special edition reinterprets the colours of the Union Jack through a deeply layered, handcrafted dial unlike anything else in its class.

At its core is Awake’s signature Sơn Mài lacquer technique, elevated here with the introduction of a highly detailed figurative motif for the very first time. Each dial is built through a meticulous process combining natural lacquer, pigments, and pure silver leaf. At its centre, a miniature representation of the United Kingdom is delicately hand-chiselled in silver leaf—subtle, intricate, and only revealed upon closer inspection.

Requiring over 15 hours of handcraft per dial, each piece is entirely unique, offering remarkable depth, texture, and light play. Awake’s exclusive luminous signature enhances this further, delivering a refined presence by day and a striking, backlit effect in low light.

Housed in a 39mm recycled stainless steel case, the watch is powered by the reliable La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement, offering a 68-hour power reserve and visible through a sapphire caseback. Completing the piece is a handcrafted nubuck leather strap in deep blue, accented with red stitching—a subtle nod to its inspiration.
