At Time+Tide Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement watch within 5-7 business days.
